Constellation Leo
M105 is the brightest member of the group of galaxies in Leo known as the M96 group.  It is approx 38 million light-years from earth.  Unfortunately, this galaxy is often overlooked by astronomers because there are so many galaxies in this neighborhood, but not by us!  Discovered by Pierre Mechain in 1781.
For your information the upper left galaxy is NGC3389 and the rounder galaxy is NGC3384
