Globular Cluster
While this clobular cluster appears typical, it is not.  Its shape is a little different, notice that M19 is the most aspherical globular cluster of the approx 160 known to be orbiting the center of our Milky Way.   M19 is approx 27,000 light-years away measuring some 60 light-years across and it has some 100,000 stars.  Astronomers are not sure what has caused the odd shape, then again it may just be an illusion created by the something.
