Open Cluster
Constellation: Puppis
This bad boy contains some 300 stars and is quite a cluster.  Discovered by Abbe Lacaille back in 1751, it is quite a cluster, the only reason why it is considered an open cluster is because it doesn’t have a dense center.  This one will get your blood racing if you are a cluster hunter.  Enjoy this guy!
